Message from the Principal

Happy November! Our Fall Festival was held on October 30th.  It was wonderful!  Children and parents alike had a great time.  A special thank you to our wonderful parent club for all their planning and hard work, making the festival the success that it was.
The National Junior Honor Society has chosen its new officers for this year.  Congratulations to the new President, Brandon Birsner, Vice President, Olivia Pannell, and Secretary, Emma Birsner.  For its first project, the Honor Society will be sponsoring a fundraiser for the Wounded Warriors.
Wel will be having a Thanksgiving food drive to help those less fortunate.  Please check with your children for the food items assigned to their classes.
Our Holiday Raffle Tickets will be sent home on November 7th.  Please do all you can to make this year’s raffle a success.

As always, thank you for the sacrifices you make to give your children a Catholic Education and for entrusting them to our care.

Sincerely,
    Sharon Swift
    Principal

The National Junior Honor Society has chosen its new officers for this year.  Congratulations to the new President, Brandon Birsner;  Vice President, Olivia Pannell; and Secretary, Emma Birsner.

For its first project, the Honor Society will be sponsoring a fundraiser for the Wounded Warriors .  Beginning November 12th, members of the Honor Society will be visiting classrooms to collect  donations for  soldiers who risked their lives during  military service.  Please join together to honor these men and women  with pride, prayers,  and generosity.

Parents, we ask your continued help and cooperation in ensuring that your children are doing their homework and getting enough sleep.  These things are imperative to their success in school.  Ask your children about the “Principal’s Homework Challenge!”

If you want to be a chaperone on a class trip or come to school for various events, we need the following:
1. You need to fill out a volunteer application so we can do a background check.  This only reveals if you have had charges against you involving children.  THIS MUST BE DONE IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE.   Please fill out the form and return it to school ASAP.  If you have filled it out before, you do not have to do it again.
2. VIRTUS TRAINING - If you have not attended a Virtus Training, you may not be a volunteer. Please see attachment.
